Experienced Oracle Business Analyst serving as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle Order Management and the Order-to-Cash lifecycle.
Works with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Distribution, and IT to improve processes and systems.

- The position can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Business analysis and Oracle responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance Order-to-Cash processes; gather requirements, define functional specifications, and partner with technical teams.
- Support Oracle EBS Order Management and related modules, configure order and pricing setups, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Coordinate Order-to-Cash initiatives across customer data, pricing, orders, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, receivables, returns, and cash application.
- Support EDI and trading partner transactions; partner on APIs, XML, middleware, and external application connectivity.
- Collaborate with Kinaxis planning teams on integration, data integrity, process improvements, and fulfillment initiatives.
- Deliver ERP projects and enhancements, support testing and deployments, train end users, and maintain documentation.
Qualifications

- EDI integration and Kinaxis planning experience are highly desirable.
