The employer is seeking an experienced Optical Sales Executive / Optical Technician in Dubai.
Sales and customer service are the role's primary responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers in choosing frames, lenses, coatings, and optical products.
- Provide customer service and build relationships throughout the sales process.
- Explain lens options, coatings, and product features.
- Perform lens edging and fit lenses into full-rim, semi-rimless, and rimless frames.
- Keep the optical store clean and organized and support daily store operations.
Requirements
- At least one year of optical sales experience in the UAE is mandatory; candidates without it will not be considered.
- Previous experience in an optical store in the UAE.
- Practical lens edging and spectacle fitting experience.
- Strong sales and customer service skills and good knowledge of optical frames, lenses, coatings, and related products.
- Good spoken English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; target-oriented, professional, and customer-focused.
Pay and employment
- Full-time position with pay of AED 2,000–2,800 per month.
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
