The Role
We are hiring an Operations Manager to own the execution layer of execution teams at TCE.
You will sit above both team leads and be responsible for making sure their teams deliver , on time, at the right quality, with no dropped balls.
This is not a coordinator role.
You are the system that makes the system work.
What You Will Own
- Both TLs are reporting progress consistently and meeting deadlines
- Campaign plans are complete, accurate, and submitted on time
- Creator data, briefs, and trackers have zero critical errors
- Escalations reach the founder only when truly necessary — everything else is handled by you
- Teams are following internal SOPs without being chased
- Weekly ops health check delivered every Monday without fail
- Identifying bottlenecks before they become problems and fixing them fast
What We Expect
- You take ownership. If something falls through the cracks, it is on you
- You communicate clearly and directly — no fluff
- You are comfortable giving feedback to team leads and holding them accountable
- You understand influencer marketing campaigns or can learn fast
- You can manage multiple moving parts across different time zones
- You are proactive, not reactive
You Are a Fit If
- You have 2-4 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role
- You have managed or overseen teams before
- You are highly organised and detail-oriented
- You can spot a mess before it gets worse
- You thrive in a fast-paced, no-bureaucracy environment

- You wait to be told what to do
