- Good verbal and written communication skills. Good attention to detail. Ability to effectively work on shift teams. Ability to work with limited supervision – shows initiative. Ability to adapt to changing conditions and take appropriate action. Computer skills including Microsoft Office. Utilizes critical thinking, problem solving and troubleshooting. Demonstrated mechanical ability preferred. Education, Certifications & Licenses High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Chemical Operator certificate or degree is preferred. 1-3 years experience in chemical manufacturing preferred.
