Operator, Telehandler - Agri Logistics

Responsibilities

• Operating Telehandler Equipment in a responsible manner whilst observing all Health, Safety and Environment Department policies and procedures.
• Carrying out daily inspection of equipment prior to usage to ensure that the equipment is safe to be operated and reporting any discrepancy to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensuring to stop operation of equipment at any given time in the event of malfunction.
• Reporting accidents immediately to the supervisor.
• Following instructions from the supervisor during Loading and offloading material whilst observing HSE policies and procedures.
• Ensuring that the materials are stacked accurately assuring safe and proper placement to minimize the chance of damage.
• Reporting damages immediately to the supervisor while performing Loading or offloading.
• Performing any other duties assigned by supervisor from time to time to meet business expectations.
• Qualifications & Characteristics
• Education – High School or Equivalent Work Experience – Minimum 1 year experince in operating Boom Loader, Telehandler equipments
• Specific Skills
• A Valid UAE Driving License • Basic Communication Skills • Aptitude to Safety • Excellent hand/eye co-ordination.
