Evolution are looking for an experienced Dispatch Operator to join our Open Cut Mining team. You'll be at the centre of a fast-paced mining operation, coordinating fleet movements, managing production priorities and making real-time decisions that keep the site operating safely and efficiently. Working across multiple stakeholders, you'll balance changing operational demands, monitor equipment utilisation, respond to breakdowns and ensure production targets are achieved in a dynamic environment where no two shifts are the same.

Based at our Cowal Gold Operations, you’ll:

Operate the MineStar Fleet Management System to optimise fleet performance

Allocate haul trucks and coordinating equipment movements across the mine

Manage shift change allocations to maximise production efficiency

Monitor production, equipment availability and operational priorities in real time

Coordinate with mining, maintenance, processing, geology, survey and engineering teams

Maintain accurate production records, reporting and system updates

Support safe and effective communication across the operation

Experience in mining, dispatch, production coordination or a similar operational environment

Strong ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly
