  • Keep our in-office days running smoothly — team breakfasts and lunches, supplies, common spaces, and being an on-the-ground point of contact
  • Support logistics for all-hands and monthly business reviews
  • Partner with our operations team on recurring event and space logistics
  • Sales and GTM: account and market research, CRM cleanup, event and conference prep
  • Marketing: drafting and scheduling social and newsletter content, compiling an industry-news digest
  • Product: synthesizing customer feedback into themes, light QA, documentation cleanup
  • A behind-the-scenes look at how a business actually runs — the operations, decisions, and trade-offs that keep an early-stage company moving
  • A rare vantage point across the whole company, from sales to product to research, and how the pieces fit together
  • Direct mentorship from experienced operators and founders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented — you notice the thing that's out of place
  • A clear, proactive communicator
  • Comfortable juggling several small things at once and re-prioritizing on the fly
  • Quick to pick up new tools (we use Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace), and comfortable using AI like Claude in your day-to-day
  • Interested in startups, operations, or how companies actually get built
