Role summary
Oversees daily warehouse and delivery operations, ensuring shipments are processed accurately and on time.
Maintains KPIs, safety standards, and operational procedures while coordinating staff, vendors, couriers, and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise inbound, outbound, sorting, dispatch, and returns.
- Lead warehouse staff and helpers; coordinate manpower needs.
- Monitor shipment processing and scan accuracy and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor courier and vendor performance; investigate lost, damaged, delayed, and misrouted shipments.
- Ensure SOP and safety compliance; conduct shift briefings and handovers.
- Prepare KPI and operational reports; escalate and resolve operational issues.
- Train and coach team members.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of logistics experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Skills listed include leadership, communication, problem-solving, Microsoft Office, WMS/TMS knowledge, reporting, and time management.
