Role
AQR is hiring a full-time Analyst/Associate to join its Tax Operations team.
Primary responsibilities
- Onboard and monitor Flex SMA accounts, ensuring reconciliation, good order, and appropriate balances, settings, and positions.
- Create and review complete and accurate client reports.
- Review vendor reports periodically for compliance, account settings, and trading activity.
- Analyze data for transition requests and onboarding, and confirm funding aligns with product selections and account requirements.
- Monitor daily reconciliations and match key account characteristics to custodian records.
- Track Investment Management Agreement and Transition Analysis processes end to end.
Candidate qualifications
- Undergraduate degree and 1–2 years of experience at a financial services institution.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, organization, multitasking ability, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
- Salesforce and Python experience are a plus.
