• Sunday through Thursday, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Greet and sign in drivers; review shipment documents, temperature requirements, regulatory paperwork, and appointment ETAs.
• Prepare and verify shipment paperwork, update driver arrivals in TMW, create labels, and communicate temperature requirements.
• Assign loading bays and coordinate with warehouse operations to reduce shipping and receiving delays.
• Coordinate with customer service on inquiries, delays, and same-day or special shipping requests.
• Audit bills, assist with regulatory inspections, and coordinate with CFIA inspectors when needed.
• Work with Inventory Control on customer recalls and requests; assist with system item setup and validate automatic charges.
• Promote health and safety and comply with company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• 0–2+ years of customer-service experience in logistics, transportation, or a warehouse environment.
• Bilingual English/French is mandatory.
• Customer-service courses, a university degree or college diploma, and post-secondary studies in business, warehousing, transportation, or operations management are listed as assets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong customer-service communication, accuracy, adaptability, prioritization, deadline management, and teamwork.
