Thomsun Music Institute is seeking a passionate and driven
Operations Supervisor
to support the growth and daily operations of our music school.
We are looking for an individual with a strong
academic background in music education
who understands international music examination systems and is committed to enhancing the student learning experience while contributing to the institute's continued growth.
As a leading music institute in the UAE, we prepare students for internationally recognized examinations including the London College of Music, Trinity College London, and ABRSM.
We are also an authorized examination center for the London College of Music.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the music school.
- Coordinate academic schedules, student enrolments, and faculty timetables.
- Support the planning and administration of music examinations, assessments, recitals, concerts, and workshops.
- Ensure high standards of customer service for students and parents.
- Monitor student progress, attendance, and retention initiatives.
- Work closely with music teachers to maintain academic excellence and consistent teaching standards.
- Assist in developing programs and initiatives that contribute to the growth of the institute.
- Support marketing and student recruitment activities where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Music, Music Education, Performing Arts, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of international music examination systems, particularly LCM, Trinity, and/or ABRSM.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in music education administration, academic coordination, school operations, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with students, parents, teachers, and examination bodies.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for music education and a genuine interest in growing a successful music institution.
