Full-time Operations Supervisor role in limousine and chauffeur services in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily limousine and chauffeur operations.
- Coordinate drivers, vehicles, schedules, and daily assignments.
- Monitor driver performance and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer requests, operational issues, and last-minute changes.
- Coordinate airport transfers, corporate bookings, VIP services, and daily trips.
- Ensure vehicles and drivers meet company and UAE regulatory requirements.
- Monitor attendance, duty schedules, and driver availability.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of UAE experience in limousine or chauffeur operations.
- Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor or Operations Coordinator in limousine, chauffeur, or luxury transport.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai/UAE roads, locations, and transport operations.
- Experience managing drivers and vehicle schedules.
- Knowledge of UAE transport regulations is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Candidates should be available in the UAE.
Pay
- AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
