Company Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Installation Management: Lead and supervise teams during on-site installations, organizing site visits, and ensuring the proper setup of signage.
• Coordinate necessary permits, tools, and safety protocols, and act as the primary client liaison during installations to address immediate concerns.
• Procurement & Outsourcing: Ensure the timely procurement of all locally sourced materials needed for uninterrupted production and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers.
• Liaise with external suppliers to outsource signage production that cannot be handled in-house, ensuring it meets approved shop drawings.
• CNC Machinery Operation: Operate and oversee CNC machines used for cutting and engraving materials.
• Train team members on the safe and efficient use of these machines.
• Staff Leadership & Safety: Supervise and mentor the production and installation team, providing training to new staff and ongoing development for existing employees.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce strict safety compliance, especially when dealing with hazardous materials like neon gases.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce material waste, and minimize downtime.
• Monitor budgets for production and installation to ensure cost-effective resource use and schedule adherence.
• Customer Service & Sales: Engage prospective clients with a primary focus on converting them into paying customers.
• Work closely with sales and design teams to ensure customer requirements are met and coordinate after-sales support or maintenance for installed signage.

Working Hours

• Standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, which includes a lunch break from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
• The work schedule spans all days except Sunday.
• Work timings are flexible in nature and are subject to change based on the employer's work requirements.

Pay

• AED 2,000.00 - AED 3,500.00 per month.

Requirements

• Experience leading production and installation teams in signage or a related field.
• Ability to operate and oversee CNC machines for cutting and engraving.
• Knowledge of safety compliance, including hazardous materials such as neon gases.
• Experience with procurement and supplier relationship management.
• Ability to monitor production and installation budgets.
• Strong customer service and sales conversion skills.
• Ability to coordinate with sales and design teams.
• Comfortable reporting via WhatsApp or phone.
