Role Description
The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily logistics and transportation operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities
include managing shipment schedules, coordinating with vendors and partners, supervising teams, maintaining compliance with regulations, and optimizing resource allocation.
The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, project logistics, or transportation operations
- Proficient in coordinating shipment schedules, managing resources, and handling vendor relations
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in logistics or transportation software systems
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in global shipping markets, including Middle East, CIS, and African regions, is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
