- Our company is looking for an experienced **Operations Supervisor** to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business activities.
- ***Responsibilities:***
- Supervise daily operations and staff.
- Coordinate with different departments.
- Monitor work performance and productivity.
- Ensure company policies are followed.
- Prepare operational reports.
- Resolve operational issues.
- Support management in achieving business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of UAE experience** in a similar role.
- Experience in **General Trading** is preferred.
- **Certificate, employment certificate, experience certificate, or any valid document proving your experience is advantage.**
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- English is required.
