Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations to support efficient workflows and business continuity.
- Monitor inventory, stock movements, purchase orders, and replenishment needs.
- Coordinate deliveries with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Track shipments, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment; address delays and discrepancies.
- Analyze operational and supply chain performance data to identify improvements.
- Maintain inventory, procurement, supplier, and transaction records.
- Support demand planning, procurement coordination, and resource allocation as needed.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend ways to reduce delays, waste, and costs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, procurement, inventory control, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and respond effectively to operational challenges.
- Understanding of supplier coordination, order processing, and delivery management.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- UAE industry experience and knowledge of international logistics processes are advantageous.
