Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Specialist located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Operations Specialist will ensure the smooth execution of daily operational activities, support the management of projects, and contribute to optimizing operational workflows.
Responsibilities
include coordinating with teams to implement strategies, enhancing service delivery effectiveness, and analyzing data for informed decision-making.
The role will also involve collaborating with sales and communication teams to support the company’s business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and drive data-driven improvements.
- Excellent communication abilities for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience in sales, with an understanding of aligning operations with business growth strategies.
- Proficiency in operations management to oversee process optimization and ensure service quality.
- Project management expertise to plan, execute, and evaluate projects efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in the healthcare sector or home services is a plus.
