The Operations Specialist will enhance commercial operations in Riyadh, focusing on process improvement, operational efficiency, and continuous development.
Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial operations using data tools such as Excel and Power BI to identify improvements.
- Develop strategies to support operational efficiency and company goals.
- Coordinate cross-team activities and provide senior management with performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Train new employees on operational procedures and implement quality assurance policies and compliance standards.
- Develop KPIs, participate in continuous improvement projects, and help meet client needs.
- Collaborate with IT teams on technical solutions that support operational improvements.
