Operations Specialist - HR Shared Services

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle employee onboarding and offboarding, lifecycle changes, and employee data record maintenance.
• Check HR and IT access provisioning and deactivation against employee start and end dates.
• Coordinate data queries with local HR teams globally; liaise with candidates, hiring managers, managers, and employees on HR activities.
• Follow company frameworks and approval processes; issue contracts in line with global and local requirements.
• Complete background checks, assist with HR letter generation, provide ad hoc administrative support, and support HR processes across locations.

Skills required

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, International Relations, or another relevant field.
• Previous experience in a similar HR role.
• Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Attention to detail, strong organization, a can-do attitude, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
