Overview
Music Home Institute is seeking an experienced Operations Services Manager to lead operational planning and oversee key operational functions within an educational program.
The role includes supervising facility readiness, operational resources, equipment management, and transportation services to ensure a fully operational and efficient learning environment.
The successful candidate will also lead operational teams, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure the effective implementation of operational plans in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and readiness of educational facilities and infrastructure.
- Manage operational resources, equipment, and maintenance processes.
- Supervise transportation services and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and operational service providers.
- Lead operational teams and monitor performance and operational reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in operations or facilities management.
- Experience in facility setup or infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in vendor and contract management.
- Proven leadership and operational planning skills.
