Responsibilities
- Support operational testing and evaluation of NC3 systems.
- Apply Design of Experiments methods to optimize test design and data collection.
- Develop and apply analytical methods, tools, and models; plan and execute tests and report findings.
- Analyze capabilities, requirements, shortfalls, trade-offs, risks, limitations, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with the Test Director and team, and communicate findings to leadership through reports and presentations.
- Maintain data vocabularies and metadata catalogs; structure information and manage databases.
- Submit test methodologies, scenarios, demonstrations, risk and mitigation strategies, readiness, and support requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least six years in Operations Research or a similar analytical application.
- Experience with Design of Experiments and statistical principles; Test and Evaluation experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Top Secret clearance with an investigation closed within five years and ability to obtain SCI clearance; existing Top Secret clearance is highly desired.
- Practical application of one or more specified Design of Experiments, analytical-method, automated-toolset, or modeling-and-simulation validation capabilities.
