Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Operations Readiness Manager to join our team!

As an Operations Readiness Manager, you will lead and coordinate all activities associated with the transition from construction, testing, and commissioning into live operations for visitor experience environments and live entertainment venues.

You will ensure that operational strategies, staffing, procedures, and systems are fully aligned with the realities of complex, high-throughput experiential attractions and performance systems.
