Operations Project Manager

Qualifications:

• KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS · Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering philosophies and processes · Expert in functional discipline of Manufacturing Engineering and program management · Proven track record in driving and implementing change within and between functional organizations · Extremely strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with proven track record in communication, leadership, business analysis, process development, administration, and change management are required.
• EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial/mechanical/electrical engineering
• 6+ years with Master's / 8+ years with Bachelor's experience in program or project management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs or projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
