Role overview
Arami Vacation Homes seeks a hands-on Operations Officer to support guests and keep apartments running smoothly during the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs professionally and on time.
- Troubleshoot apartment issues such as hot water, gas supply, and other household problems.
- Respond to guest calls and messages overnight and resolve issues.
- Help ensure a smooth, comfortable guest stay from arrival to departure.
Mandatory requirements
- Proven experience in holiday homes or short-term rentals.
- Good spoken English and a valid UAE driving license.
- Practical knowledge of basic household systems and fixes, including water heaters, gas, and appliances.
- Willingness to work and respond during nighttime hours.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month; transportation is provided.
- Accommodation is not provided.
