Seeking an experienced event professional to join the operations department and support the Head of Event Operations.
Responsibilities
- Help develop festival plans and timelines.
- Organize logistics and manage inventory.
- Coordinate audiovisual, simultaneous translation, and branding vendors.
- Serve as a link between programming and operations.
- Oversee production schedules, venue setups, and contract execution.
- Manage the Artifax database and sponsor branding.
- Support year-round events and operational budgets.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–6,000 per month.
Work location
