xCube is a UAE fintech company focused on strengthening capital markets through financial technology and innovation.

The company has expanded from market making to offering a technology-enabled brokerage platform.

The Operations Officer ensures efficient, accurate, and compliant operational processes that meet regulatory requirements and service standards.

Execute daily trade settlements, reconciliations, and other operational processes.
Monitor and improve workflows to increase efficiency and reduce risk; collaborate on process improvement and automation.
Process client funds and share transfers, and prepare and review regulatory filings with Finance and Compliance.
Maintain regulatory, policy, and procedure compliance, risk controls, and regular audits.
Work with client services and support teams on operations-related inquiries and improve client experience through streamlined processes.
Collaborate with IT to integrate and optimize technology solutions.
Track industry and technology developments and recommend or implement innovations.
Generate and analyze operational reports, track KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Thorough understanding of brokerage operations, trade settlements, and regulatory requirements.
At least 3 years of experience in the trading industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; excellent communication skills.
Experience working with software development teams is a plus.
Trading experience is a plus.
