We are looking for an experienced, hands-on
General Manager And Operations Manager
to lead our daily operations, drive business efficiency, and support our next phase of growth.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and has a strong background in travel operations.
Key Responsibilitiesoperations Management
- Oversee end-to-end travel operations, including bookings, reservations, itineraries, visas, transportation, and customer fulfillment.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, suppliers, and customers.
- Monitor daily business performance and resolve operational challenges promptly.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage the operations, sales, and customer service teams.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure high productivity.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members as the business grows.
Vendor & Supplier Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs, and tourism partners.
- Negotiate competitive rates and contracts to maximize profitability.
- Ensure service quality and compliance with company standards.
Process Improvement
- Develop and implement efficient operational workflows.
- Optimize booking processes and customer service standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Customer Experience
- Ensure every client receives a seamless and premium travel experience.
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum
- 3–5 years
- of management or operations experience within a
- Travel Agency, Destination Management Company (DMC), Tour Operator, or Tourism Company
- .
- Strong knowledge of the
- UAE/GCC travel industry
- , supplier network, and tourism regulations.
- Experience managing travel bookings, holiday packages, hotel reservations, transportation, and customer operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing and motivating teams.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Proficient in travel systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM/booking platforms.
- Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.
