Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in operations management, business operations, or a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with performance management, process improvement, and KPI tracking
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/business management systems
