Role Overview

Responsible for end-to-end management of rope access operations across UAE projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of façade cleaning, maintenance, inspection, and specialized access services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, mobilize, and execute rope access projects across multiple sites.
  • Optimize manpower, equipment, and productivity to meet timelines and quality standards. Lead technical execution including rigging, rescue planning, RAMS, and JSA approvals. Ensure compliance with IRATA / SPRAT standards and UAE HSE regulations.
  • Drive a zero-incident safety culture through audits, training, and supervision. Manage and develop teams including supervisors and technicians.
  • Oversee project costs, margins, billing milestones, and variation claims. Support tendering, site surveys, and new service development.
  • Provide regular reporting on operations, safety, and financial performance.
  • Technical Qualifications IRATA Level 3 Certification (Mandatory)
  • 7–10 years rope access experience with 3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong expertise in rope systems, rigging, rescue, and façade access solutions Experience in high-rise or industrial maintenance projects (UAE/GCC preferred) Additional Certifications (Preferred) NEBOSH / IOSH First Aid Confined Space Entry Working at Height
