We're building a TikTok LIVE agency and need an Operations Manager who has done this before.
You'll set up and run the entire operation — from creator recruitment and agent management to compensation models, performance systems, and revenue growth.
This is a foundational hire.
You're not inheriting a process; you're building it.
We're looking for someone who has lived inside a TikTok LIVE agency and knows what actually works.
What you'll do
- Build the agency's operations from the ground up — workflows, reporting, internal systems
- Recruit, onboard, and develop TikTok LIVE creators
- Hire and manage agents responsible for talent scouting and creator support
- Set performance benchmarks for creators (LIVE days, hours, diamond targets) and hold the team

- Design and implement compensation structures for creators, agents, and internal staff
- Track creator performance and run improvement plans for underperformers
- Identify high-potential creators early and accelerate their growth
- Coordinate with TikTok representatives, partner agencies, and external stakeholders
- What we need — must-have
- Prior experience working at or running a TikTok LIVE agency — this is non-negotiable. You should understand the platform inside out: diamond economics, gift mechanics, PK matches, creator compensation models (rate per million diamonds, tiered bonuses, signing bonuses with clawback), agent payment structures, and what drives creator retention.
- Hands-on leadership in startup or early-stage environments
- Proven ability to build small teams and operational systems from scratch
- Analytical mindset with strong command of Excel / Google Sheets and performance dashboards
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Nice to have
- Existing relationships with creators or agencies in KSA or MENA
- Background in influencer marketing, talent management, or other live-streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube Live)
- What you'll own
- The success of the agency.
- You'll have clear KPIs around creator count, active LIVE hours, total diamond revenue, and creator retention — and the authority to build whatever you need to hit them.
