- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid, US drivers' license for at least one year
- A minimum of five (5) years experience in progressively responsible human services functions, of which three (5) years have been in a senior supervisory/managerial capacity
- Five (5) years experience preferred in a Rest Home, Assisted living, home health, long term care or hospital industries and experience with behavior modification. CNA or LPN qualification or Pharmacy Technician experience is a plus, but NOT required..
- Excellent written and verbal skills for effective communication
- Competent in organizational, time management skills, problem solving and decision making skills
- All candidates must be able to successfully pass a CORI, professional reference, and possibly national fingerprinting and driving record check
- Well-Organized, able to plan in advance and detail-oriented are paramount
- Above all, sound judgement, maturity in dealing with people, Good energy with a take-charge attitude, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task are paramount.
