Overview
A UAE-based legal consultancy working with international clients (expats, businesses, investors, litigation cases).
As we grow, we are looking for a strong
Operations Manager
to take ownership of client service and task execution.
Client Management
- Set up client communication channels after payment
- Onboard clients: explain process, timelines, expectations
- Maintain ongoing communication and provide status updates
Execution Control (Critical)
- Assign tasks to lawyers and contractors
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery
- Escalate complex cases to management
- Proactively follow up and push for completion
CRM Management (Bitrix)
- Track all active clients and case statuses
- Update deal stages and monitor progress
- Control payments, fees, and documentation
Contractor Coordination
- Work with lawyers, translators, typing centers, and other vendors
- Collaborate closely with the sales team
Requirements
- Experience in operations / project management / client service
- Background in legal, consulting, or service-based business is a plus
- Strong CRM skills (Bitrix preferred)
- Fluent Russian + English (B2–C1)
- Highly organized, responsible, and stress-resistant
- Strong multitasking and follow-up skills

- Detail-oriented and system-driven
- Takes full ownership of results
Conditions
- Remote, full-time (9:00–18:00 Dubai time)
- Salary: 3,500 – 4,000 AED + KPI-based bonuses
- Long-term role with growth potential
- Probation: 6 months
