Role Overview
We are hiring an Operations Manager to evaluate AI outputs related to process design, operational analysis, and workflow optimization.
In this role, you will apply structured rubrics to assess operational reasoning and contribute to AI model improvement.
The ideal candidate has hands-on ops experience and a process-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated operational analysis, process documentation, and workflow recommendations.
- Apply structured rubrics to assess process rigor and feasibility.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and reasoning errors in AI ops outputs.
- File clean evaluation tickets with clear written justification.
- Partner with operations and product teams on quality criteria.
- Contribute to rubric design for operations and process domains.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations, business operations, or process management experience.
- Strong understanding of process design, KPIs, and operational metrics.
- Familiarity with project management and operational tools.
- Clear written communication for documentation and process design.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience evaluating AI or LLM output quality.
- Background in supply chain, logistics, or revenue operations.
- Excel modeling and data analysis proficiency.
- Experience scaling operations at high-growth companies.
