Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical business and branches.
  • Ensure smooth workflow across sales, logistics, inventory, and customer service functions.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor operational performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Oversee branch operations and ensure achievement of operational and financial targets.
  • Monitor branch performance, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with branch teams to ensure proper stock availability and inventory control.
  • Handle operational issues and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, pharmacies, distributors, and key clients.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage operational and branch staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development support.
