Operations Manager – Luxury Wellness (Blaura)

Role Overview

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage **department heads and senior managers**, ensuring alignment with company vision and KPIs
• Build a culture of **ownership, discipline, and high performance**
• Drive accountability across teams with clear performance metrics and regular reviews

Operational Excellence

• Design and implement **SOPs, systems, and processes** to ensure consistency across all operations
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring **luxury-level customer experience at every touchpoint**
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and proactively implement improvements

Business Performance & Strategy

• Monitor and drive **revenue, cost control, and profitability**
• Collaborate with leadership on **scaling strategies and expansion plans**
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies

Client Experience & Brand Standards

• Ensure **exceptional client journeys** aligned with premium/luxury expectations
• Maintain and elevate **brand standards, ambience, and service quality**
• Handle high-profile clients and critical escalations with professionalism

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with HR, marketing, finance, and business teams to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure all departments operate in **synchronization and efficiency**

Key Requirements

• **8–12+ years of experience** in operations, preferably in **luxury wellness, hospitality, high-end retail, or premium service sectors**
• Proven track record of **managing senior managers / department heads**
• Strong exposure to **scaling operations and setting up structured processes**
• Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to **command respect and drive results**
• Deep understanding of **luxury customer experience and service excellence**
• Highly analytical with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Experience in **UAE/GCC market** is highly preferred
