As we continue to expand, we are looking for a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our growing operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Riyadh.

The Operations Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations across assigned locations, ensuring service standards, food quality, and hygiene requirements are consistently met.

Responsibilities

include managing staff schedules, supervising frontline teams, monitoring inventory and procurement, and controlling operational costs.

The role will also involve implementing standard operating procedures, analyzing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement in efficiency and guest satisfaction.

The Operations Manager will collaborate with leadership on opening new concepts, coordinating training, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Pastry & Bakery or hospitality operations management, with hands-on oversight of daily store or unit performance.
  • Strong leadership skills, including team supervision, coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Solid understanding of inventory control, procurement, cost management, and basic budgeting or P&L review.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with local health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on process optimization and problem-solving.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as operations require.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in launching or scaling new outlet concepts is a plus, as is familiarity with various POS systems.
  • Strong knowledge in ensuring the optimization of labor costs
