### Job Summary:

We are seeking an Operations Manager with extensive experience in utilities and infrastructure projects, specifically in electrical network-related work (excavation, backfilling, and rehabilitation).

The ideal candidate should possess proven field experience in managing multiple teams and delivering projects efficiently in demanding work environments.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the daily operations of several field teams (initially 2 to 5 teams)

- Ensure the smooth execution of excavation, backfilling, and asphalt road resurfacing works

- Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources efficiently

- Monitor productivity rates (m/day) and improve performance

- Coordinate with main contractors and project stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications

- Resolve operational issues on-site quickly and efficiently

- Track costs, minimize waste, and improve operational efficiency

- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports

### Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure or utilities projects

- Proven experience working on power grid or Saudi Electricity projects

- Extensive experience in managing multiple field teams

- In-depth understanding of:

- Excavation works

- Backfilling and compaction works

- Road resurfacing (asphalt works)

- Ability to work under pressure and handle rapid operations

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills

- Willingness to work Field Worker (Not Just an Office Position)

### Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with contractors on Saudi Electricity Company projects

- Engineering background (preferably civil engineering or a related field)

- Experience in cost control and productivity improvement
