Pegasus Home Healthcare Services L.L.C. is a growing healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services and operational excellence across all branches (Homecare, Pharmacy and Clinic) under our network.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations across all branches within the organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, resource optimization, and continuous improvement while supporting the company's strategic growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across all branches.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Ensure efficient coordination between departments and branches to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support branch managers and operational teams.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
- Analyze operational reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
- Support business growth initiatives and expansion plans.
- Handle operational challenges proactively and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of customer and patient satisfaction across all branches.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of UAE regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience managing multi-site or multi-branch operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems..
