Location and Work Setting

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Environics Service implementation and activities at client locations.
• Ensure quality and operational standards are met.
• Oversee Operations Engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Manage client interactions, site documentation, and reporting.
• Design and conduct training for Operations Trainees and Engineers.
• Mentor, coach, and evaluate new team members during induction and on-the-job training.
• Develop SOPs, training manuals, and operational best practices.
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements to efficiency and service quality.

Educational Qualification

• A graduate degree in any discipline with a technical qualification such as a diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field may be considered.
• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental, Architecture, or an allied engineering discipline may also be considered.
• Project management training or a project management course may also be considered.

Eligibility and Experience

• Five to seven years of experience managing a team and operations is required.
• Experience at infrastructure sites as a Senior Supervisor or in a similar role is required.
• Required skills include project management, communication, independent work, extensive travel, and problem solving.
