About Us
Creative Platform is a full-service garment manufacturing and fashion production company based in Al Quoz, Dubai.
Established in 2013, we operate a 50+ strong in-house team covering the full production chain design, pattern making, sampling, production, quality control, packing, and consulting.
We work with local and regional fashion brands to bring their collections to life, end to end.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to take full ownership of how Creative Platform runs.
This is not a desk role we need someone on the floor, in the details, leading from the front.
You’ll oversee all production operations, manage and build the team, ensure materials are always available to keep production moving, and continuously improve how we work.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and have real authority to make decisions.
Operations Oversight
- Full visibility and accountability across all production stages — sampling, cutting, sewing, QC, and packing
- Ensure daily operations run on time, on quality, and at capacity
- Identify bottlenecks and resolve them before they escalate
- Cross-functional coordination between design, pattern making, merchandising, and production teams
- Delivery planning and order fulfilment tracking
People & Manpower
- Assess current team structure and identify staffing gaps
- Lead the full hiring process defining role requirements, sourcing, interviewing, and making final decisions
- Coordinate with manpower and recruitment agencies
- Manage onboarding, performance, and where necessary, exits
- Build and maintain a right-sized, capable team aligned to production demands
Raw Materials & Operational Supplies
- Ensure all raw materials and operational supplies needed to run the factory are available at all times
- Monitor stock levels and proactively flag shortages before they impact production
Process Improvement & SOPs
- Review existing workflows and identify inefficiencies
- Develop, update, and implement SOPs across all production and operational functions
- Ensure SOPs are followed on the floor and hold teams accountable
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the operation
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of operations or production management experience in garment manufacturing or fashion production this is a non-negotiable
- Proven track record managing and building teams, including full hiring authority
- Hands-on leader who is comfortable on the factory floor, not just in meetings
- Experience developing and implementing SOPs in a production environment
- Strong understanding of the full garment production cycle from tech pack to finished product
- Organised, decisive, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing detail
- UAE or GCC manufacturing experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
