Mayyar Al Arabia is a growing company operating in the food retail and supermarket sector.
We are looking for an Operations Manager who can support our growth journey by building operational processes, improving branch performance, and helping establish a strong operational foundation for future expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of branches.
- Develop and improve operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor branch performance and implement improvement plans.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Support the opening and operational setup of new branches.
- Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in retail, supermarket, or food-related operations.
- Experience managing branch operations and teams.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of inventory management and purchasing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Arabic and English communication skills.
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
