Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced **Operations Manager** to build, lead, and scale a high-performing operations team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up operational processes, defining goals and targets, monitoring performance, improving quality, and ensuring efficient day-to-day execution across business functions.
  • This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience in **team management, catalog operations, quality control, process improvement, workflow design, and performance management**.
  • *Key Responsibilities*
  • As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • **Building** and managing a team of operations associates, quality auditors, and coordinators.
  • Defining daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team.
  • Setting clear KPIs and performance goals to track team productivity and quality.
  • Ensuring full team capacity is utilized efficiently while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Monitoring daily task prioritization, workload distribution, and SLA adherence.
  • Designing and implementing SOPs, workflows, guidelines, and operational processes.
  • Identifying process gaps and implementing improvements to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
  • Conducting quality audits and root cause analysis to improve service standards.
  • Driving data-oriented analysis to support business and operational decisions.
  • Working with product, tech, commercial, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to support launches, campaigns, and operational projects.
  • Investigating operational and technical issues and coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
  • Supporting team development through coaching, feedback, training, and performance management.
  • Creating reports and dashboards to track operational performance, productivity, quality, and improvement areas.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining accuracy, speed, and consistency in operational outputs.
  • *Required Skills and Experience*
  • The ideal candidate should have:
  • Proven experience in operations management, catalog operations, business operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience building, managing, and scaling operational teams.
  • Strong knowledge of KPI setting, target tracking, workflow management, and SLA monitoring.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in quality control, process improvement, and performance management.
  • Ability to design and implement SOPs, guidelines, and scalable processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as product, tech, marketing, commercial, and customer support.
  • Strong reporting and data analysis mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Significant experience in food, e-commerce, marketplace, retail, catalog, or quick-commerce operations.
  • Experience managing catalog quality, product data, content operations, or studio coordination.
  • Experience with operational tools, dashboards, CRM systems, ticketing systems, or workflow management platforms.
  • Prior experience managing teams of 20+ members is a plus.
