Role overview
Hotchox is hiring an experienced Freelance Operations Manager to support growth in events and activations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Manage event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Coordinate staff, suppliers, and event requirements.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and logistics.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations during events.
- Maintain service and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot operational issues on site.
Requirements
- At least two years of relevant experience in operations, events, food and beverage, hospitality, or a related field.
- At least two years of food and beverage operations management experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working flexible hours based on events and activations.
Pay and employment
- Position is described as Freelance / Part-Time.
- Pay is AED 1,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
Work arrangement
- Work location is described as hybrid remote in Dubai.
