We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our daily operations within the FMCG / Food & Beverage sector.
This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can improve efficiency, control costs, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations across all departments
- Optimize supply chain, logistics, and inventory processes
- Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements
- Lead and develop high-performing teams
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration. Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in operations, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven experience in managing large teams and multi- department operations.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in operations Management & supply Chain.
- Knowledge with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle,etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in KPI tracking and performance management.
- preferred:
- Experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage industry.
- Knowledge of digital transformations or process automation.
- Ability to manage multi-site operations.
