Operations Manager – Events & Activations

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in
• day-to-day operational management
• for events, exhibitions, activations, and retail experiences in KSA.
• Support
• planning, scheduling, and on-ground execution
• to ensure all projects are delivered accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with
• clients, vendors, suppliers, venues, and internal teams
• to meet project requirements and standards.
• Conduct
• site visits
• , oversee on-ground setup, and ensure
• operational readiness and brand compliance

• Prepare
• job briefs, work orders, checklists, and post-event reports
• as required.
• Manage
• inventory, event materials, and logistics

• vendor quotations, POs, petty cash, and basic cost tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
• **3–5 years of experience**
• in events, exhibitions, activations, or operations management within the GCC;
• KSA and agency-side experience preferred.
• Strong
• coordination, organization, and multitasking
• abilities with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
• Excellent
• communication and stakeholder-management

• Good understanding of
• vendor management, logistics, and on-ground production/operations
