Overview
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Operations Manager
to support daily activities across events, exhibitions, shopper marketing and activation projects in the KSA market.
The ideal candidate has
agency-side operational experience
, is comfortable on-site, and can coordinate vendors, logistics, and internal teams to deliver seamless brand experiences.
This role works closely with the Senior Manager – KSA and the UAE head office to ensure smooth operations, timely delivery, and consistent service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in
- day-to-day operational management
- for events, exhibitions, activations, and retail experiences in KSA.
- Support
- planning, scheduling, and on-ground execution
- to ensure all projects are delivered accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with
- clients, vendors, suppliers, venues, and internal teams
- to meet project requirements and standards.
- Conduct
- site visits
- , oversee on-ground setup, and ensure
- operational readiness and brand compliance
- for all activations.
- Prepare
- job briefs, work orders, checklists, and post-event reports
- as required.
- Manage
- inventory, event materials, and logistics
- (transport, storage, on-site movement).
- Track
- project milestones and task lists
- , escalating risks or operational concerns early.
- Support financial processes, including
- vendor quotations, POs, petty cash, and basic cost tracking
- .
- Help ensure compliance with
- local regulations, HSE requirements, and internal operational procedures
- .
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
- **3–5 years of experience**
- in events, exhibitions, activations, or operations management within the GCC;
- KSA and agency-side experience preferred.
- Strong
- coordination, organization, and multitasking
- abilities with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
- Excellent
- communication and stakeholder-management
- skills.
- Good understanding of
- vendor management, logistics, and on-ground production/operations
- .
- Ability to
- work under pressure
- , manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing client needs.
- Fluency in
English
