Position Overview
We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic **Senior Operations Manager** with a proven track record in optimizing business operations, leading high-performing teams, and driving organizational growth.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in operational excellence, customer experience management, and business development, with the ability to implement scalable processes and measurable performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service quality
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs and organizational goals
- Oversee all customer interactions, ensuring exceptional service standards and client satisfaction
- Streamline workflows, policies, and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness
- Design and implement innovative development and marketing strategies to drive growth
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and produce detailed executive reports
- Collaborate with senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard operations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum **7+ years of progressive experience** in operations management or similar leadership role
- Proven experience in **service-oriented industries** (Tasheel, government services, or related sectors is a strong advantage)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and complex operations
- Expertise in **process optimization, performance management, and business transformation**
- High proficiency in **data analysis, reporting, and KPI management**
- Experience in developing **marketing and growth strategies**
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** and operational systems/CRM tools
Education
Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field**
Languages
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Arabic is a strong advantage
