We're hiring an Operations Manager to take full ownership of four functions: finance administration, HR and compliance, systems and process governance, and office management.

You'll report directly to the CEO no department heads, no layers, no committees between you and decisions that matter.

And you won't inherit a team.

You'll hire your own.

This role is for you if:

○ You've run end-to-end hiring yourself not supported it, owned it from writing the JD through to onboarding

○ You've managed invoicing cycles, payroll coordination, and expense reconciliation with your own hands, not through a shared services team

○ You have direct UAE experience with visas, PRO coordination, DMCC/free zone compliance, and labour law this is non-negotiable

○ You've built SOPs and filing systems from scratch, not just followed ones someone else created

○ You move between Xero, Asana, SharePoint, Notion, and Teams (or equivalents) without friction context-switching is your normal, not your stress

○ You own your function without waiting for permission, direction, or a committee
