Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company. - Ensure smooth coordination between departments, staff, and clients. - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. - Monitor service quality and maintain high customer satisfaction standards. - Manage schedules, workflows, and resource allocation. - Supervise and support team members to achieve company goals. - Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues efficiently. - Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation. - Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and business performance. - Assist management in planning and executing business growth strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. - Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management tools. - Experience in the pet care industry is an advantage but not required.
