Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in the Cosmetics & Beauty Products sector.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in stock management and logistics, ensuring seamless operations within our supply chain.
This role requires strong organizational skills and a keen understanding of UAE regulatory requirements.
Candidates must be based in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock Management
- Oversee stock receiving, delivery, and inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and movement.
- Manage stock packing, unpacking, and labeling processes to maintain efficient operations.
- Supervise the flow of sold invoices and control the dispatching process.
- Purchasing and Cost Control
- Handle purchasing price costing and ensure price control between sales orders and invoices.
- Coordinate import/export operations, including purchase orders (PO) and sales orders (SO).
- Logistics and Fleet Management
- Manage shipping, forwarding, and customs clearance, optimizing routes for fleet management.
- Plan and implement effective transportation strategies.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory standards and manage regulatory registrations.
- Implement safety and security measures throughout the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Education:
- University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in stock management and/or logistics, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty products sector.
Skills
- Proficient in English and familiar with software tools relevant to inventory and logistics management.
- Strong understanding of UAE regulations pertaining to logistics and inventory control.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems & Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a must.
- Ideal candidate would be well versed in Oracle ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
