Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in the Cosmetics & Beauty Products sector.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in stock management and logistics, ensuring seamless operations within our supply chain.

This role requires strong organizational skills and a keen understanding of UAE regulatory requirements.

Candidates must be based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Management
  • Oversee stock receiving, delivery, and inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and movement.
  • Manage stock packing, unpacking, and labeling processes to maintain efficient operations.
  • Supervise the flow of sold invoices and control the dispatching process.
  • Purchasing and Cost Control
  • Handle purchasing price costing and ensure price control between sales orders and invoices.
  • Coordinate import/export operations, including purchase orders (PO) and sales orders (SO).
  • Logistics and Fleet Management
  • Manage shipping, forwarding, and customs clearance, optimizing routes for fleet management.
  • Plan and implement effective transportation strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory standards and manage regulatory registrations.
  • Implement safety and security measures throughout the supply chain.

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in stock management and/or logistics, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty products sector.

Skills

  • Proficient in English and familiar with software tools relevant to inventory and logistics management.
  • Strong understanding of UAE regulations pertaining to logistics and inventory control.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems & Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a must.
  • Ideal candidate would be well versed in Oracle ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
