Operations Manager – Delivery & Logistics
We are looking for an experienced **Operations Manager** with a strong background in delivery services and logistics operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily delivery and logistics operations.
- Monitor drivers’ performance and ensure timely deliveries.
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce delivery delays.
- Coordinate with customer service, fleet, and warehouse teams.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Handle operational issues and provide quick solutions.
- Manage scheduling, routing, and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Previous experience in delivery or logistics companies is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of fleet management and delivery systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
Preferred
- Experience in UAE market.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
**Employment Type:** Full Time
Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
